Notice of Nondiscrimination and Reporting Options

California Institute of Integral Studies is an equal opportunity institution of higher education and does not discriminate. CIIS has tasked certain offices with responding to inquiries of our non-discrimination policy as well as accepting reports and complaints of unlawful discrimination:

• To inquire or file a complaint regarding harassment or discrimination based on any protected class except sex (including gender), contact Human Resources at lhammond@ciis.edu
• To inquire or file a complaint of harassment of discrimination based on sex (including gender), contact the Interim Title IX Coordinator at titleix@ciis.edu
• If you are uncertain of what kind of discrimination you need to report, contact either office and they can assist with routing your complaint to the appropriate office.
