The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law that requires colleges and Universities to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. Each year CIIS files a report with the United States Department of Education stating the incidences of crime on campus. This report is made available to all students and employees of California Institute of Integral Studies:

CIIS is committed to providing accurate information to all applicants and students. Any false, erroneous or misleading statements regarding our educational programs, the nature of our financial charges or employability of our graduates have serious consequences in the form of fines, limitations, suspension or termination of Title IV programs. Please contact the president of CIIS if an alleged violation occurs.

Anyone may file a complaint with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education if they believe CIIS has violated the laws governing the institution's operation.
