Despite their leadership potential, women in the ILWU face systemic gender biases and structural obstacles that limit their advancement. Through a transformative leadership framework emphasizing collaboration, relational leadership, and systems thinking, this project seeks to elevate women's voices, experiences, and leadership potential.
