A Free Online Workshop with Nermin Soyalp, Alum of the Transformative Studies Program

An online workshop hosted by the Transformative Studies Ph.D. program.

Join us for a dynamic 90-minute workshop based on the principles from "Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation (tomo)." In the first half, we will delve into the science of motivation, exploring key concepts and strategies to enhance team performance. Following this, participants will engage in a collaborative health check, where they will assess their current motivational state and discuss ways to be supported. This interactive session aims to foster a supportive and motivated learning environment.

Nermin Soyalp headshot

Nermin Soyalp, Ph.D., is a seasoned organizational psychologist and consultant with extensive expertise in HR, leadership development, curriculum design, and coaching. She has designed and implemented leadership development programs and provided organizational consulting for both nonprofit and for-profit global companies. A published author in conflict transformation, her work includes Historical Traumas of Armenian, Kurdish, and Turkish People of Anatolia. Currently based in San Francisco, Nermin consults with the NY-based firm Vega Factor and holds a Ph.D. in transformative studies from CIIS. She is also an educator for Healing the Wounds of History, and an Ancestral Medicine practitioner-in-training. Outside of her professional life, she can be seen paddle boarding with her dog Sansa and exploring arts and music with her daughter Sofia and husband Juan. With roots in Turkey and lineages from Bulgaria, Greece, and Eastern Turkey, Nermin brings a diverse and rich cultural perspective to her work.
