Breathwork for Releasing Your Inner Critic

A Workshop With Susan Ateh

Two-Day Online Workshop, Three Hours Per Day

Breathwork is a powerful tool that gives us access to our internal life, enabling us to be active participants in our own healing journey. Through the practice of active breath, we can dive deep within ourselves, peel back the layers, and look at the fears holding us back from being our true selves.

Join breathwork facilitator and creative Susan Ateh for a gentle yet transformative workshop on releasing your inner critic and empowering your true self. Through a mixture of active three-part breath practice and other experiential exercises, Susan helps get to the root of the inner voices that shame us, the feelings and thoughts that leave us feeling inadequate and prevent us from stepping fully into our lives.

Susan incorporates guided meditation, journaling, as well as writing and drawing prompts to help participants transform their inner critic into an ally, restoring trust in the Self. Practice building trust in the Self, finding harmony and balance in the body and amplifying your voice through movement meditation and voice work.

There is much freedom to be felt when we unburden what holds us back and bravely honor who we are.
