This is a paid practicum opportunity, where trainees are hired as employees and receive hourly compensation, the option to enroll in dental, vision and life insurance, free unlimited therapy sessions through the Employee Assistance Program, and 403b with a 3% match. We also offer opportunities for growth, including some possibilities of additional hours, increased pay, and medical benefits upon graduation. Interviews are required and there is a competitive selection process. All trainees and associates are expected to complete the school year at the site to ensure continuity of care for students.
