Application Requirements

You may upload your resume, cover letter, and two letters of recommendation to the online application that will be available here by early January 2024. 

If your letters of recommendation are not ready when you apply, you may submit your application without them and provide the letters to us at a later time.

The interview process involves a 20- to 30-minute initial screening and a 1-hour interview. Both of these interviews will take place over Zoom. We should be able to notify all applicants of our decisions by April 1.

Additional Information

Applicant Restrictions: Both pre-degree and post-degree applicants may apply, but please note that we do not offer paid associateships.

Interns of color at Stonewall may apply for a Multicultural Student Stipend through the San Francisco Department of Public Health. (Stipends are not guaranteed.) In 2023-2024, the amount of each stipend awarded was $4,000.
