Join us for an engaging evening with integrative counselor and Blue Sky Leaders program facilitator, Sanjay Manchanda, as he guides us through the deeper layers of human fulfillment and happiness -- well beyond the external markers of success which inevitably fail to bring lasting fulfillment.

Drawing on a unique blend of ancient spiritual wisdom and cutting-edge psychological and neuroscientific research, Sanjay will map the terrain of unconditional freedom and happiness, offering insights into the deep levels of fulfillment that are available to all of us without exception. He will discuss his research methodology and findings and offer guidance on how to discover and achieve what your heart truly desires while avoiding pitfalls in the process.

Sanjay Manchanda BSL Headshot

Sanjay Manchanda, Ph.D., LMFT, has been a psychotherapist and wisdom teacher for over thirty years. He left his job as a Computer Science professor in response to an inner calling. Following a major awakening, he trained in various spiritual mystical traditions, particularly different forms of Buddhism and Hinduism. He also studied many forms of therapy encompassing the psyche, body, mind and energy. Twenty years ago, he became interested in biofeedback and neurofeedback for mental health and meditation. He also specialized in various forms of brain stimulation using low levels of energy transfer to the brain for healing and improving brain function, cognition and achieving deep states of meditation. He has developed a highly integrated approach to teaching and working with people that includes the body, mind and spirit.
