Releasing Your Stress and Pain With EFT Tapping

A Workshop With Dawson Church

7-Hour In-Person Workshop

Despite the problems in the world and the personal challenges we face in our lives, we don't have to live with stress. Clinical trials show that the practice of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping lowers stress and helps to build resiliency.

EFT Tapping is a self-help method based on cognitive therapy and acupressure. It balances the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments. Tapping has been used for over 5,000 years, harnessing the power of acupuncture without the invasiveness of needles.

Over 100 clinical trials show that Tapping is effective for most common problems we face. These range from mental health challenges like phobias, depression, anxiety, and traumatic stress to physical challenges like pain, autoimmune diseases, addictions, and weight.

Join EFT expert and primary investigator in over 20 clinical trials Dawson Church for an in-person Tapping workshop at Urban Adamah Farm, a beautiful, restorative oasis nestled within Berkeley, California. This interactive workshop trains you in the fastest and most effective way to apply the benefits of EFT to the stresses in your life. Dawson shares practical techniques to boost your daily self-care routine.

Learn to use Tapping to erase stress and pain in real time and feel the difference inside your body in minutes!

Dawson Church spent some 20 years engaging in outcome studies focusing on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. He founded the peer-reviewed journal Energy Psychology: Theory, Research, and Treatment. To train professionals in evidence-based stress reduction methods such as meditation and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT acupressure tapping), in 2010 Church established EFT Universe, one of the most-visited alternative medicine sites on the web. He developed the EcoMeditation method to make meditation easy for novices. He is a best-selling science writer and the author of three award-winning books. The Genie in Your Genes broke new ground by showing that gene expression is influenced by emotions. Mind to Matter is based on hundreds of studies showing that our brains play a key role in constructing the reality around us. In Bliss Brain, he demonstrates that as we cultivate peak states, our brains rapidly rewire themselves for happiness. He is the founder of the Veterans Stress Solution, which has offered free PTSD treatment to over 22,000 veterans. After retiring from active business management, Dawson has continued to teach and inspire through his presentations, podcasts, books and blog posts.
