4-Hour Online Workshop

In life there are great gains and growth but also great losses—of loved ones, friendships, careers, and ways of life—and those losses can leave us reeling. Breathwork, an ancient practice that uses rhythmic breathing to induce a meditative state, can support the process of acknowledging and unpacking our grief to heal and move forward.

Join founder of Breath Liberation Society and facilitator Chauna Bryant for a supportive workshop exploring breathwork for releasing grief and loss. Chauna gently guides participants through two styles of breathing, circular and three-part breath. Throughout the workshop Chauna shares insights into the process of letting go, and holds space for reflecting, journaling, and sharing leading up to breathwork practice.

Chauna invites you to bring the following to this workshop: a journal and headphones (if you have a busy household). Chauna’s style of breathwork is best enjoyed lying as horizontal as possible, so have a comfy spot prepared. She also suggests items like a knee pillow, water, and lip balm.

This workshop is open to anyone interested in breathwork; no prior experience is necessary. Chauna invites you into a safe space for release and healing.
