The Blue Sky Leadership Certificate at CIIS is an 11-month leadership training program offering visionary leaders, influencers, creatives, and professionals from diverse fields a critical opportunity to challenge the status quo and develop new ways of learning and living in a time of deep global economic, environmental, and social uncertainty.
The program offers a mix of online and in-person sessions, including five weekend residencies set in the natural beauty of the San Francisco Bay area, and culminates in a final capstone project designed to address current global challenges.

Collaborative Global Network
Study with three dedicated mentors, each of whom will assist with different dimensions of the learning experience. In addition, participants gain membership to the Blue Sky Circle, which provides ongoing support, collaboration, and resources from a network of like-minded leaders and innovators.
